Wanted CEO / Senior Level Manager in pump Industries

1.

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and goals. Identify growth opportunities - domestic and international markets. Develop strategic alliances, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
2.

Operational Oversight

Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality control, and logistics. Ensure efficient production processes and timely product delivery. Optimize cost management while maintaining quality and performance.
3.

Sales & Marketing

Drive sales targets and market share growth. Oversee B2B, dealer/distributor, and export sales strategies. Build brand value and strengthen customer relationships.
4.

Product & Technical Knowledge

Deep understanding of submersible, centrifugal, jet, and other pump technologies. Guide R&D and innovation for new product development. Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, and other industry standards.
5.

Financial & Compliance

Budget planning, revenue forecasting, and P&L management. Ensure statutory compliance (GST, factory acts, labor laws). Liaison with auditors, board, and regulatory bodies.
6.

Team Leadership & HR

Build and mentor senior leadership teams (Sales, Production, R&D). Lead performance reviews and HR policy decisions. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
7.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, clients, government agencies, and suppliers. Handle major customer negotiations, complaints, and contracts.
8.

Sustainability & Digital Initiatives

Implement energy-efficient and green manufacturing practices. Guide digital transformation: ERP, CRM, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
