Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching abacus techniques to students, enhancing their mental arithmetic skills, concentration, and overall cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and structured abacus classes for children aged 5-14. Teach mental math techniques using the abacus method. Monitor student progress and provide personalized guidance. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments. Organize and support student participation in competitions and exams. Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents about student performance.

Qualifications

Prior experience in teaching abacus or mental math (preferred). Certification in abacus training (optional but desirable). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
