Duties include managing promotions, resolving seller support tickets, ensuring account health, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. The role also involves compliance with Walmart policies, analyzing sales reports, and optimizing listings to improve visibility and conversions.
