What You'll Own
Walmart PPC (Walmart Connect)
Build and optimize Sponsored Products and Search Brand Amplifier campaigns (plus Display if applicable).
Structure auto/manual campaigns, conduct keyword research, manage negatives, test creatives, and tune bids to hit ROAS/TACoS goals.
Build weekly reporting on spend, sales attribution, CTR, CVR, CPC, and incremental lift.
Account Management & Collaboration
Serve as day-to-day owner with our Walmart Account Manager: align on goals/JBP, troubleshoot catalog or policy issues, and execute growth initiatives.
Maintain top PDP health (titles, bullets, images, attributes, rich content) and improve Listing Quality Score/Discoverability.
Sales Events & Promotions
Own the promo calendar; apply for and execute Walmart events (e.g., Flash Picks, Black Friday/Cyber Week, seasonal site events).
Set promo pricing/markdowns, secure placements, and coordinate creative, inventory, and ads to maximize lift.
Inventory Management
Forecast demand and set reorder points based on lead times, seasonality, and ad plans.
Manage WFS/3PL replenishments, transfer orders, and aging inventory; minimize OOS and overstock.
Track in-stock %, sell-through, days of supply, and return trends; drive corrective actions.
Additional Responsibilities
Monitor Buy Box %, price parity, and competitive landscape; recommend pricing moves.
Keep a tight compliance posture for the Health/OTC hearing category (claims, content, documentation).
Run weekly business reviews; deliver clear insights and action plans.
What You'll Need
Must have 2-4+ years managing Walmart Marketplace business, including hands-on Walmart Connect ads.
Proven ability to manage five-figure monthly ad budgets to ROAS/TACoS targets.
Strong command of Seller Center/WFS, catalog setup, attributes, and promotion tools.
Inventory planning skills (forecasting, DOS, safety stock, replenishment).
Detail-oriented project manager who can own initiatives end-to-end and communicate crisply with internal and Walmart partners.
Experience in health/medical device or regulated consumer categories is a plus.
