Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will responsible for using instructional design methodologies and functional best practices to design and develop end user content for system such as SAP, Oracle, and other Legacy systems to support the global effort to ensure that employees are self-served with content that is well utilised.

1) Work with Subject Matter Experts, application owners and key stakeholder to drive content deployment for each programme/application

2) Create quality user content for programme/application to ensure that a high adoption rate is maintained

3) Work with the Change Adoption Team to:

Align content with business requirements

Review the content, feedback to drive adoption rate of the application

4) Work with GPS to identify user pain point themes which can then be addressed via better content, content placement and content accuracy.

Tools and Content Maintenance:

Assist in the creation and on-going maintenance of the existing content for HR application

Ensure that tool set is current with any updates from the vendor(s).

2) Content Development:

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), application owners and key stakeholders across different regions to design and develop learning objects for multiple channels including instructor-led, virtual classroom, web-based training to ensure that application adoption rate is maintained at a high level

Leverage adult learning models in the execution of content design and when developing activities for the global user base

Use leading instructional design tools to develop engaging, reusable learning objects

Manage assigned work against defined project timelines; reporting progress periodically to Change Adoption team and/or other stakeholders

Identify opportunities and develop approaches to continuously improve the quality of content and instructional design

Serve as peer quality reviewer for fellow instructional designers, SMEs or other content contributors

Work with local teams to adopt methods and processes for developing user relevant content

3) Content Delivery:

Work with SMEs and key stakeholders to ensure that content has undergone proper review process

Transit new / updated content to production environment

Assist in the administration tasks related to existing in-house learning management and learning content management systems (Saba, future SuccessFactors Learning module, etc)

Key Stakeholders
  • HR Service Delivery Design Lead, Transformation Office Lead, Programme Manager, Product Owner, Vendor and the rest of the HR Service Delivery Modernisation team
  • HR for HR, Country Heads of HR, HRBPs, CoE Leads, HR COO team
  • Internal communications team, Corporate Communications team, Subject Matter Expert employees
  • Key Functional Partners: ITO, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Risk
Other Responsibilities

1) Work with platform and project owners to produce formatted training materials to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy

2) Work closely with key stakeholders, programme and project managers to regularly update project and communicate any training plans and the status of execution

3) Ensure the Bridge website for specific project/ platform is updated and aligned to the Training, Learning and Adoption plan and the Change and Engagement plan; this includes monitoring and responding to user comments/ feedback

4) Work with the Change and Engagement Managers to plan and time training-related broadcast messages, blogs, events and announcements.

5) Work with local training coordinators or resources to ensure that logistics for any training activities / events are considered

Role Specific Technical Competencies

Ability to learn various HR platforms functionality so as to develop WalkMe content that will work consistently -
Core

Strong understanding of WalkMe functionalities including its limitations -
Advanced

Ability to propose and apply fit-for-purpose WalkMe solutions -
Advanced

Ability to use WalkMe insights and metrics to evaluate performance of WalkMe assets deployed in production -
Advanced

Strong understanding and application of WalkMe design principles -
Core

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience and qualification in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies or similar program

2) Experience in learning design, content development, content deployment and evaluation for business and or international audiences

3) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

4) Experience working with at least one or more of the following enterprise tools (i.e.SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, SAP Workforce Performance Builder, Ancile uPerform or Infopak)

5) Exposure or related work experience with an ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

6) Experience managing a project and facilitating meetings and working sessions to review and confirm the content

7) Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented approach and ability to establish rapport quickly and collaborate effectively with all employee levels

8) Excellent communication skills: written, presentation and speaking
