Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Prior experience in international chat/email process is preferred.
- Should be able to handle all inbound customer service chat/email.
