Role: Subject Matter Expert

Eligibiity Criteria

10+2+3 years of regular education B.Com/ M.Com, BA, any graduate.
Experience: 3-7 years




Mandatory:



o Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written).
o Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).
o Exp 2 - 4 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (TAC support)for Google Workspace(GWS).
o Knowledge of any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.
o 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
o TCS Offices operating out in Chennai or at Indore locations
