DuckTale is hiring for an experienced Project Coordinator.

We are conducting walk-in interviews at DuckTale for the Project Coordinator profile, and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately

Position:

Project Coordinator

Location:

IT Tower, Mohali

Experience Required:

1-4 Years

Walk-in interviews | Monday to Friday | 30th September Till 5th October

Timings | 11 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables Act as a bridge between clients, developers, and management Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks and escalations

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (IT domain preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
