To evaluate the proposed change and its impact or risk associated with safety, purity, efficacy and quality of the product, cGMP system, documentation, regulatory impact and training requirement.
Formulation and Filling - Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
Preparation of formulation as per BMR and approved procedures
Handling of equipment such vessel and filtration units
Maintain the aseptic operations during the activity
Handling of autoclave, vial washing machine and tunnel.
Formulation and Filling - Plant Operator
Knowledge of handling of O-RABS, C-RABS, Isolators, Experienced in Ampoule/PFS/Vial/Cartridges.
Operation of Vial washing/ Filling/Lyophilizers/Autoclave/Process vessels.
Candidates should have 1-5 years of hands-on experience inPLC, field Instruments and sensors. Handing breakdown and Troubleshooting exposure related to Instrumentation and Automation.
Plant Operator - (Process Maintenance)
* Coordinating & executing process equipments maintenance work (Autoclave, vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps etc.)
