We are looking for a detail-oriented

Back Office Executive ( International BPO Non-Voice Process)

with strong internet research skills to support our operations team. The role involves online research, documentation, and maintaining accuracy across all deliverables. This is a non-voice position with no customer calls.

As part of our research team, you will be responsible for researching companies online, including crafting short descriptions about companies, tracking investment and funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, key corporate events and updating structured datasets. Role & responsibilities

Conduct detailed internet research to collect company-level information such as - Company overviews, Funding rounds (Seed, Series A, B, etc.), IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, Key investors and leadership details Write Crisp Short Descriptions: Summarize company information in clear, concise English Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery Use tools like LinkedIn, company websites, news portals, press releases to gather information Enter and update data in internal databases with attention to detail Learn the research methodology and processes quickly and apply that knowledge consistently. Deliver individual and team targets including production and quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong internet research and analytical skills Good written English and summarization ability High attention to detail and data accuracy Basic knowledge of financial terms (funding rounds, M&A, IPO, etc.) preferred Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility:

Experience: 0 - 3 years in a similar data research, writing, or BPO non-voice role. Education: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.). Freshers and candidates with no graduation degree with strong research and writing skills are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
