Business Development & Marketing Executive (Non-Technical - 0 to 5 Years Experience)



Role Summary



A client-facing role focused on business development, lead generation, proposal preparation, tender support, and corporate communication. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, structured thinking, presentation capability, and the ability to represent the organisation professionally in front of clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business leads, partnerships, and market opportunities in the renewable energy consulting space. Support preparation of proposals, EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, capability statements, and presentations. Coordinate with technical teams to gather inputs for proposals, costing sheets, and client deliverables. Engage with clients through calls, visits, meetings, and follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships. Maintain trackers for tenders, pipeline, client interactions, and communication logs. Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling. Support company branding, marketing campaigns, and event participation. Prepare high-quality presentations and marketing materials for client pitches.

Qualifications & Skills



MBA / PGDM / Management Graduate

(Marketing / Operations / Strategy preferred). 0-5 years of experience in

Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Client Relations, or Consulting Support

. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior executives.

Excellent presentation skills

and the ability to deliver structured client pitches. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. Ability to manage conversations professionally and follow up systematically. Strong organisation and coordination skills. Candidates from

Thane or nearby locations

preferred.
