Position Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or telesales (1-4 years preferred). Proficiency in South Indian languages - Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada. Basic knowledge of Excel and ability to maintain accurate CRM records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Quick learner with strong product understanding and adaptability. Experience in reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, or other channels. Ability to identify customer needs, explain product features, and close sales effectively. Consistent in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Collaborative mindset to work with marketing and support teams for smooth operations. Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
