Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum or school guidelines.
Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Integrate technology and creative resources into lessons where appropriate.
Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Identify students needing additional support and work with parents and support staff to address needs.
Classroom Management:
Create a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment.
Encourage good behavior and respect for others through consistent classroom management strategies.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and administration to enhance the curriculum and learning environment.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on teaching methods, educational technologies, and curriculum changes.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
