Walk In for OP/ IP Executive in yashoda Hospitals

Experience :1-4 Years

Languages Required : Hindi , Telugu ,english

Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at reception and service areas. Guide patients through registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' schedules, and facilities. Handle patient queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and escalate when necessary. Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain patient records, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies. Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and capture feedback for service improvement. Support international patients with translation/assistance (if applicable). Assist in organizing health check-up packages, camps, and promotional events. Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication at all touchpoints.ation, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
