Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with customers Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries Maintain a positive and professional attitude Follow call center scripts and company policies Maintain call records and feedback

English and Tamil

Basic computer knowledge Willing to work from the office in Velachery Immediate joiners preferred
