Reading of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) to understand and to perform the activities as per Good manufacturing Practices and Safety norms.



Take and give the charge of plant, surrounding area, running batches/ Activity, Documents, Raw Material, Solvents, Equipment Status, Utilities, housekeeping from previous shift person / reliever and proceed further.



Daily Activities performance and recording as per SOP like Balance calibration, Cleaning and Sanitation, Differential pressure, maintaining of pH of Scrubber, Transferring of low COD and high COD effluent to ETP etc.



Maintaining of equipment status boards of each equipment as per current status.



Assigning of work to the permanent and contract workmen.



Work planning for the shift / day as per the priorities set by the plant in charge/ Shift In charge.



Activities which carried out should be record in BMR / ECR / Equipment usage log or relevant documents.



Prior to start activity / operation, cross checking / verification of Raw Material quantities, Batch No / Lot number, physical appearance, equipment cleanliness, functionality and Instruments, availability of utilities.



If any parameter departs from the standard during operation / execution, deviation recording in the BMR and in the Quality System.



Preparation of Test Requisition slips for in process and Complete Analysis.



Issuance, Check and Ensure that Raw material, packaging material and cleaning material is received as per requirement mentioned in material requisition slip from warehouse and keep it to the designated area in plant.



Documents like BMR / ECR / SRR review after completion of activity and submission to QA.



To ensure timely preventive / breakdown maintenance of equipment.
