Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates Source profiles from job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience Negotiate salaries and manage offers Maintain hiring reports and recruitment trackers Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to meet business hiring needs

Skills Required:

? Strong sourcing & screening skills
? Good communication & negotiation abilities
? Knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes
? Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
? Prior experience in

Domestic IT / Non-IT recruitment
