MEP AEC industry

with expertise in BIM and Revit-based modelling.

Open Positions

1. BIM Designer HVAC

Responsibilities:

Create detailed HVAC Revit models as per project specifications and BIM standards. Prepare coordinated HVAC drawings, layouts, and documentation. Work closely with design and coordination teams for clash resolution.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Revit (HVAC Modelling). Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC layouts, and construction drawings.

2. BIM Designer Electrical

Responsibilities:

Develop Electrical Revit models for LV / MV systems, lighting, cable routing, power distribution, etc. Produce coordinated MEP electrical shop drawings and BIM documentation.

Required Skills:

Hands-on Electrical Revit modelling experience. Understanding of electrical system design and drafting standards.

3. BIM Designer Plumbing / PHE

Responsibilities:

Build accurate Plumbing / PHE / Fire Fighting Revit models and coordinated layouts. Support drawing preparation and clash detection processes.

Required Skills:

Experience in Revit modelling for plumbing or firefighting systems. Knowledge of PHE design standards and construction documentation.

General Requirements for All Positions:

3 to 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling. Strong understanding of BIM workflows, drawing standards and coordination practices. Experience with Navisworks (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively in a project delivery environment.
