We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, couriers).
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update employee and vendor records.
Manage petty cash and assist in budget tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
