Human Resources
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes including negotiations.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and manage grievance resolution.
Implement, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Oversee attendance, discipline and leave management systems.
Drive performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs to maintain a positive work environment.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and facility management.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts including negotiations.
Coordinate travel, logistics, and corporate events for staff and management.
Ensure adherence to internal administrative procedures and documentation.
Support the HR/Admin budget, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
Generate periodic reports and operational insights to support management decisions.

Other Details
Skill Set 10 + years of experience managing HR and administrative functions in the IT or consulting sector. Should have managed a company of staff strength 100 or above. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office Suite, and general administrative systems. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Qualification Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
