Work Location: - Mira Road Plant (Pickup & drop available from Station
Monday to Saturday (8.5 hrs. for Female) (9 hrs. for Male)
Date - Friday 24th
Timing - 10:30 am till 5:00 pm

Responsibility: -
Recruitment & Staffing:

• Oversee the Blue Collar recruitment.
• Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and build a robust recruitment pipeline.
• Manage on boarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the plant operations.

Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
Employee Relations:

• Address grievances and ensure timely resolution of employee issues.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee counseling as required

HR Operations:

• Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and payroll support.
• Maintain accurate HR records.

Labor Laws & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage plant-specific HR policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and update them as per legal requirements.

Performance Management:

• Assist in implementing the performance management system.
• Facilitate annual performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and action planning for employee development

Health, Safety & Welfare: Ensure that all plant employees follow health and safety protocols.
HR Metrics & Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data to support decision-making and improve plant product

Qualifications:

• At least 5-8 years within a manufacturing / Plant experience
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.
