1. Talent Acquisition Trainee - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

Source and connect with developers/talent via platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, etc. Conduct 15?20 screening/tech calls per week. Schedule interviews and update our ATS system regularly. Coordinate with candidates during interview processes. This opportunity involves

5 months of training

, followed by onboarding as a full-time employee. Therefore,

only candidates who have completed their 2nd year MBA exams and are willing to transition from trainee to full-time employment

2. Intern - International Business Development (Marketing)

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The intern will support the international sales team by:

Conducting market research and analysing trends. Identifying potential business opportunities and generating leads. Communicating with international clients. Supporting business development strategies to expand our global footprint. This is an complete office job.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge/interest in International Business & Marketing.

Final semester students or recent postgraduates in Business/Marketing preferred.

Stipend & Offer Details:

Stipend of ?10,000/- per month

will be offered in Training period Based on the intern's performance, a decision regarding full-time onboarding will be taken after successful completion of five months
