Walk-In Interview

Only for Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience

We are conducting a

walk-in interview

for experienced HR professionals.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

are eligible to attend.

Date:

27th, 29th & 30th September 2025

Time:

11:00 AM to 3:00PM

Venue:

Smart travel, Atlantis junction, oppo. to Sylcon, Ravipuram.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Source potential candidates through various channels , advertisements, Campus Hiring.

Sorting resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience

Scheduling nterviews, keeping track of the offered candidates to ensure their joining.

New employee onboarding and taking induction

Management of leave requests and absenteeism. Reporting of all types of leave to HR Manager for payroll processing.

Organizing internship programs for students enrolled in Hospitality and Aviation colleges.

effectively managing staff retention, grievances, and any other requests by providing proper care and attention.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
