Position: Jr. Manager - Oracle SCM Functional Analyst

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE)/MBA Operations/SCM/Diploma in Logistics /SCM

Responsibilities

Exacore ERP Training and evaluation of the candidates. Support day-to-day SCM activities under the guidance of senior team members. Gain Oracle Product knowledge in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion products. Assist in implementation process along with the senior consulting team. Collaborate with Oracle ERP cross-functional teams to streamline customer operations and optimize efficiency of the ERP application. Participate in Oracle ERP inventory management implementation activities, including planning, forecasting, and inventory control. Excel in ERP related supplier management tasks, such as supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring. Support the technical development for the ERP implementation and maintenance of SCM-related documentation and reports. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE) or equivalent in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Certification or coursework in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
