We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Generalist
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee life cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Organize employee engagement and training activities
Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to payroll processing
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
