Roles & Responsibilities for You

Counseling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and Briefing them about fees and Training Modules

Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents

Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).

Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course

Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc.

Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses

This Job requires excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions

CITA Expectation from You as a HR Executive cum Admission Counselor, If you Join US

You should be good in Convincing Students and Family so they Take Admission and Happy with Fee Structure

Should be sharp and Active in taking Follows up on Calls and Mails

For this Job we need very Good Spoken English

if experience is in ( Educational Sales- or a Institute or as a HR Recruiter ) It will be a added advantage

Age 20- 48 Years (Male or a Female) should be Open with Calling Profile

Preference candidate If you are from Delhi Only (No Out Station Candidate)

Office Timings - 10 Am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday Off

Salary Starts from 20,000 Rs to 45,000 Rs in Hand Fixed or Negotiable for a Right Candidate
