Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients' on company's software Use intellect and knowledge to solve customer's problem through phone call, or mail Be in direct contact with customer for software related problem/query of them. Be a part of high performing team and managing self and others Learn from seniors and colleague and implement the skills in the industry

Eligibility Criteria:

Should be a graduate High level of initiative with ability to self-manage. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
