- Business Development (Luxury Retail Property Acquisition)Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire premium retail spaces in airports, flagship malls, and high-footfall luxury destinations for Wakefit's expansion.- Conduct market mapping, site feasibility studies, and ROI analysis to evaluate potential locations.- Lead end-to-end property acquisition including lease negotiations, commercial structuring, and closure with developers, airport authorities, and landlords.- Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, mall operators, and institutional partners.- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, design, projects, retail operations) to ensure timely and brand-aligned store launches.- Oversee due diligence, documentation, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.- Track retail real estate trends and support long-term luxury retail expansion strategy.Key Requirements:- Experience in retail property acquisition, preferably in luxury formats, malls, or airport retail.- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.- Understanding of commercial leasing structures and retail expansion planning.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven retail environment.
