Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service area.
Assist in food preparation, packing, and delivery as needed.
Handle billing and cash transactions correctly.
Work proactively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow company policies and uphold quality and service standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in restaurant or QSR service is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
