Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.

Table Maintenance:

Set tables, clear finished courses, and ensure utensils and water glasses are refilled.

Payments:

Process payments accurately, handling both cash and credit card transactions.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Complaint Resolution:

Address guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism.
