Greet and seat customers politely
Take and serve food & beverage orders
Call customers for table reservations and seat booking confirmations
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Confirm reservations and update booking details
Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding reservations and seating
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Comfortable speaking with customers on phone
Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
Willing to work in shifts
Prior experience in restaurant service or telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
