We are looking for an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be active, polite, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks promptly Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area Assist in managing customer queries, complaints, or special requests Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Handle billing and payments when required Support daily restaurant operations and help maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements:

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance Active, energetic, and good communication skills Ability to manage tasks and handle busy periods efficiently Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude Basic knowledge of customer service practices
