About Softouch Village Resort

Softouch Village Resort is a serene Ayurvedic wellness retreat located by the Chalakudy River. Known for its traditional Kerala hospitality and healing ambience, the resort offers a peaceful environment where guests experience personalized Ayurvedic care and wholesome meals prepared by our expert kitchen team.



We are looking for a polite, attentive, and well-presented Waiter/ Waitress to join our dining team. The role involves serving guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they enjoy a calm and comfortable dining experience that complements our Ayurvedic lifestyle concept.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner

Serve meals and beverages as per the preset menu decided by the kitchen team

Communicate special dietary requirements or meal preferences to the kitchen promptly

Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before and after service

Ensure guests' comfort and respond to their requests promptly

Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service

Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards of the resort

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or guest service preferred (freshers may also apply)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment

Positive attitude, good grooming, and a willingness to learn

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
