Order Taking & Serving:
Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate them to the kitchen (often via a Point-of-Sale system), and deliver meals to tables in a timely manner.
Table Management:
Set and clear tables, maintain a clean and inviting dining environment, and manage the seating of guests.
Sales & Upselling:
Suggest additional items like appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the guest's experience and increase sales.
Payment Handling:
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with both customers and kitchen staff.
Problem Solving:
Address any complaints or concerns from guests to resolve issues and ensure a positive dining experience.
