Job Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Serve food, beverages, and specialty coffees to customers
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of serving areas and tables
Assist with basic cafe tasks like arranging cutlery, preparing tables, and clearing plates
Provide menu suggestions or answer customer questions
Handle customer interactions politely and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
Follow all cafe safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
Good communication and customer-interaction skills
Pleasant and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food and beverages (training will be provided)
Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
