Sundae & Dessert Preparation
Prepare signature sundaes and specialty ice-cream items according to recipe standards.
Maintain presentation quality and consistency for all dessert items.
Ensure correct portioning and ingredient usage.
Cash Handling & POS
Operate the cash register or POS system accurately.
Handle payments and settlements with attention to security and accuracy.
Cleanliness & Safety
Maintain counter, dining, and work areas clean and hygienic.
Follow all hygiene standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure cutlery, crockery, and service tools are cleaned and organized.
Teamwork & Support
Assist other team members during busy hours.
Communicate customer feedback or complaints to supervisors when necessary.
