Role Overview

The Barista at Chalet D'Or is not just a coffee maker, but a luxury hospitality professional. This role is about delivering a 5-star, silent, refined experience that elevates the showroom's brand image and enhances customer dwell time and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve premium beverages including specialty coffee, artisanal teas, hot chocolate, signature drinks, and mocktails Follow Chalet D'Or service rituals precisely (serving style, posture, tray handling, silence, eye contact) Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times Ensure crockery, glassware, cutlery, trays, and counter are spotless and perfectly arranged Coordinate discreetly with showroom staff to serve clients at the right moment Handle ingredients, inventory, and equipment responsibly Offer beverages with polite, minimal, luxury-style communication Represent the brand values of elegance, calm, precision, and exclusivity
Required Skills & Qualities

Prior experience as a barista / hotel service staff preferred Basic understanding of coffee & tea preparation (training will be provided) Soft-spoken, calm, and well-mannered personality High attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to stand for long hours and work in a premium retail environment Willingness to follow strict luxury service protocols
