Job Description

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus.

Order Taking:

Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations for dishes and specials.

Service Delivery:

Promptly and accurately deliver food and beverages to tables.

Customer Satisfaction:

Check on guests during their meal to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or complaints.

Payment Processing:

Prepare and present bills, and accurately process cash and credit card payments.

Table Maintenance:

Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining area.

Communication:

Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are correct and to alert them of any allergies or special requests.
Experience Required

Educational qualification: Any hotel Management courses
