About the Role

Waiter/Waitress

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus.

Take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Check on guests regularly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Handle billing and payment processes.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Address customer queries or complaints politely and efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.

Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
