Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve dishes and drinks promptly
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service
Handle billing and payments efficiently
Communicate customer feedback to management
Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Basic knowledge of food and beverages
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
