Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter to join our team at Imperial

kitchen, a multi-cuisine restaurant in Trivandrum, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take orders:

Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.

2. Serve food and beverages:

Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Provide customer service:

Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to their needs.

4. Maintain tables:

Keep tables clean and set with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens.

5. Handle payments

: Process payments and handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

6. Work with team:

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service delivery.

7. Maintain knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

2. Communication skills:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

3. Attention to detail:

Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

4. Physical stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly.

5. Knowledge:

Familiarity with multi-cuisine menu offerings and ingredients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?14,000.00 per month
