Job Description

Customer service:

Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and answer questions about the menu, including specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.

Order taking:

Accurately take food and drink orders using a POS system and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.

Table service:

Deliver prepared food and drinks promptly, check back with guests to ensure satisfaction, and refill beverages as needed.

Table preparation:

Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses before service, and clear and clean tables and surrounding areas after guests have left.

Payment processing:

Prepare bills, process various payment methods (cash, credit card), and handle change accurately.

Maintaining the dining area:

Keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming by following health and sanitation standards.

Upselling:

Offer recommendations and suggest additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
