Welcome guests warmly as they arrive. Escort them to their table and provide menus. Explain menu items and specials. Take food and drink orders accurately. Suggest dishes or beverages when appropriate (upselling politely). Deliver orders promptly and correctly. Ensure proper presentation and correct orders before serving. Refill drinks and check on guest satisfaction regularly. Respond to guest needs and requests politely. Handle complaints or concerns professionally. Provide excellent service to create a pleasant dining experience. Clear plates and utensils after each course. Keep the table clean and tidy throughout the meal. Prepare and present the bill accurately. Handle cash or card payments securely. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Help other waiters when needed, especially during busy times. Follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain personal grooming and wear a clean uniform.
