Record orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct food delivery.
Ensure all orders are served correctly and attractively.
3. Table Maintenance
Set up dining tables before service (tablecloths, cutlery, glassware, condiments, etc.).
Clear tables and clean up after guests leave.
Reset tables for the next guests efficiently.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area at all times.
Follow hotel hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
Ensure that cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and polished.
