We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend items to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros, with basic math skills for cash handling. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques. Experience in guest relations and providing top-notch hospitality services. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservation management is advantageous but not required.
