Waiter

to join our cottage team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, assist with serving meals and beverages, and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner. Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times. Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a waiter or in hospitality (preferred, not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
