Greet and seat guests in a polite and welcoming manner.
Present menus and explain food & beverage options when required.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and ready for new guests.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Process payments (cash/card/UPI) accurately.
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and good team player.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Education
Minimum: 10th/12th pass (Hospitality training is a plus).
