Check on guests during service and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries or minor complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Service & Operations
Set up tables, dining areas, and bar service sections as per standards.
Serve food, beverages, and cocktails following standard service procedures.
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Upsell signature dishes, cocktails, and add-ons to increase guest spend.
Product Knowledge
Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, portion sizes, and pricing.
Be familiar with alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar etiquette.
Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and events.
Grooming, Hygiene & Safety
Follow grooming and uniform standards at all times.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Adhere to restobar safety guidelines and handling procedures for glassware and hot dishes.
