Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Care or Food & Beverage (F&B) service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally Assist in day-to-day operations of the customer service or F&B outlet Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service standards are consistently met Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year

of experience in

F&B Associate/Waiter/GSA

or

F&B Service

Strong verbal communication skills in

English

and

Hindi

Well-groomed and presentable appearance Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
