is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. We are a popular restaurant known for our vibrant atmosphere and delicious, healthy cuisine. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive. Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage options, including specials and promotions. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Anticipate guests' needs and proactively respond to their requests. Manage a clean and well-organized section of the dining area. Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A team player with a strong work ethic.
